Sangeetha, also known as Rasika, is a popular Tamil actress. She started her career in mid 90's paired with telugu comedian Ali and She performed primarily in low budget films until her role alongside Vikram, Laila, Simran Bagga and Suriya in the National Award winning Pithamagan. Later, she appeared in the moderate hit Uyir as a possessive woman wanting her brother in law.She currently acted opposite Madhavan, in Evano Oruvan, produced by Abbas Burmawalla and Mustan Burmawalla.
She has also been a judge on the vijay tv's hit show jodi no. 1 season 2 and jodi no. 1 season 3. Other judges in jodi no 1 season 2 include Simbhu and "legendary choreographer" who happens to be the father of Prabhu deva. Jodi no 1 season 3 includes sj surya and sundram master.
